This rental house has a 3-bedroom, 2 full bath upstairs area and a completely separate 1-bedroom apartment downstairs.  The upstairs has it's own screened in porch area.  The downstairs apartment has it's own full kitchen, bedroom, living area, breakfast table and backyard patio.  Imagine bringing grandparents or a couple that needs ground floor access and/or their own private quarters.  This vacation house has the diversity you are looking for!

You must be 25 to rent this property and no house parties are allowed.

11/1/24-2/28/25 snowbird discounts - 2 weeks-20%, 3 weeks-30%, 4 weeks or more-50%.  Pets are considered on a case by case basis.  The per pet fee is $75.  Please do not book without prior approval for the pet. No more than two pets are considered. Youtube TV and Disney Plus are included.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
