This rental house has 4 bedrooms/3 full bathrooms with a private pool. The main level has a screened in deck area. The downstairs has a seperate mother-in-law suite with it's own bedroom, bathroom and galley kitchen.

11/1/24-2/28/25 snowbird discounts - 2 weeks-20%, 3 weeks-30%, 4 weeks or more-40%. Pool heated for $35 a day. Pets considered on a case by case basis. Please do not book without prior approval of pet and/or pool heat fee. Youtube TV and Disney Plus are included. Under age 25 requires a $500 deposit collected after the booking. No house parties allowed.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
